Procedure to Apply

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE TRIP?

Step 1
Send us an email on parvatbuddies@gmail.com stating that you'd like to participate. Fill in the details under "Register Here" Tab.

Bank details for transfer shall be shared in the mail.

Step 2
Next, you'd be required to make an advance payment of Rs. 500/- (non refundable) confirming your participation, upon which, we shall share the detailed itinerary with Terms & Conditions of the trek.

Step 3
You may pay the balance amount as per the deadline (Read Offers).
Kindly share the transaction id/reference no/screenshot on our email.

Step 4
Once we have received your payment in full, we'd share info about the Things to be carried, Preparing for the Adventure etc

Medical Certificate format will also be shared in this mail (which needs to be submitted as per the time-frame mentioned in the T&C) 

Step 5
We would be conducting a pre-trip briefing session where all members can meet and get to know each other and ask us doubts.

Also, if possible we'd organise a small 'practice-hike' in the Sahyadris to prepare you for the Big Trek.
